Frechener Töpfermarkt
Bereits zum 37. Mal findet der Frechener Töpfermarkt am 12. und 13. Mai 2012 statt. Auf diesem traditionsreichen Keramikermarkt bieten etwa 120 internationale Werkstätten und Künstler ein weit gefächertes Spektrum von Unikat-Gefäße, Figuren, Musikinstrumente, Geschirr, Schmuck und Gartenkeramik von klassisch bis experimentell an.
Zudem präsentieren Keramiker ihr kunsthandwerkliches Können. Interessierte erfahren in Führungen durch Kunsthistoriker des KERAMION mehr über verschiedene Materialien und Techniken.

37th Pottery Market on Frechen's Rathausplatz
Figurines, modern porcelain tableware, kilned vessels, musical instruments, jewellery, unique specimens, and many more ceramic objects can be found at this ceramics market steeped in tradition. What's more, a selection of the approximately 120 manufacturers and artists from Germany and abroad will present their workmanship on the spot. The spectrum is rounded off with a choice of pottery and ceramics paraphernalia on offer.
